Résumé du colloque

Fabrication of infrared (10.6 mm) diffractive optical elements that work in a transmission mode has been done by using polymer materials. This fabrication method comprises several steps including calculation of the pattern in a computer (CGH) and printing of the matrix to obtain a mask. Then the mask information is transferred by contact printing to an ultraviolet curing photopolymer that will form the master. The diffractive optical element is obtained on a polyethylene substrate by hot pressing. The influence of some fabrication process variables in the parameters of the elements and a diffraction efficiency study are presented.
