Résumé du colloque

Ovulation was induced in 24-day old immature Sprague Dawley female rats by timely injected 30 i.u. pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMS). Administration of progesterone, norethynodrel, Enovid, lynestrenol and medroxy-progesterone acetate 48-52 hrs following PMS injection increased the number of eggs/ovulating rat as well as the % rats ovulated. Estrogens and androgens showed no such facilitatory effect on PMS induced ovulation.
