Résumé du colloque

A set of computer programs called the POP (Phonemic Oppositions) System has been prepared at the Université de Montréal to match up all words in a given text differing by just one phoneme. In this class are pairs of words with the same number n of phonemes, identical except for the k th one (K=1 to n), such as "pour" and "tour", and also pairs of words with a different number of phonemes, identical except that one of the words has an extra phoneme in one of its positions, such as "va" and "voix".
