Résumé du colloque

A systematic investigation on the distribution and assessment of different phosphorus compounds in dystrophic mouse hind leg muscles, livers and brains was undertaken. In hind leg muscles of mouse, exhibiting very acute stage of hereditary dystrophy, an increase of total inorganic, total acid soluble, total acid insoluble and total phosphorus has been noted in contrast to a decrease in the ATP and creatine concentrations in such muscles. In brain no significant change in any of the different phosphorus compounds or creatine content has been found whereas in the liver, a gradual increase in total inorganic, total acid soluble, total acid insoluble, total phosphorus and creatine content has been observed. ATP concentration however slightly goes down and the ATPase activity goes up.
