Résumé du colloque

The synthesis of 6-(N-bis-(β-chloroéthyl)-carbamino)-ethyl-α-D-galactopyranoside and 1-(N-bis-(β-chloroéthyl)-carbamino)-D-glucopyranoside is reported. The former compound inhibits Sarcoma 180 to 40% at a dose level of 200 mg/kg in mice, with no mortality.
