Résumé du colloque

Muscular dystrophy has been repeatedly shown to be associated with one or more biochemical abnormalities caused by either an increase or decrease in the activities of certain enzymes involved in various metabolic processes. Since histochemical techniques are more useful in detecting the appearance and disappearance of certain enzymes and their localizations in different tissues, a systematic investigation on the activities of various enzymes in rabbit and mouse livers and muscles during the progress of the disease was undertaken.
