I believe that future of the nursing knowledge will be the collaborative work of nurse educator, nurse researcher and nurse clinician. The collaboration can work better when we use the "evidence based practice". Evidence based practice is the conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients. The practice of evidence based nursing means integrating individual clinical expertise with the best available external clinical evidence from systematic review.
