The presentation will describe the legal and institutional structure which is related to the elaboration of Agreed Syllabus in religious education in the multi-religious context of contemporary Britain. The participation of minority religious communities to the elaboration of those syllabus will be examined as well as some of the political debates which have been raised by these Syllabuses in the last 25 years.
