I will begin by outlining the productivity gains available through individual pieces of computerized technology -- e.g., robots, ZSX and word processors, 35% -- as well as through the integration of this technology into flexible manufacturing systems (in factories) and management information systems (in banks, offices etc.) -- between 100 and 300 % gains in productivity.
