In this talk, we will describe a co-design process consisting of creating and producing a solution (i.e. mobile app) to integrate mobility, assistance and inspiration for seniors and elders. This project is integrated in a larger European program from AAL (Assistance Living) coordinated by the Coopenhagem Living Lab. The talk will report on how integrating ethnography with users can help designers to build a user-centered solution
